Sound Bath At The Lake

This is a public event for a maximun of 6 guests.

A Sound Bath is a live, immersive, meditative experience for your brain, body, and soul. As you relax (sit or lie down) sound vibrations will wash over you, taking you on an expansive inward journey.

This sound experience is offered in a nature environment in a clear dome to maintain a connection to the healing vortex that is the Joshua Tree desert.

Much like meditation, sound therapy brings you waves of peace and relaxation, for example,  crystal singing bowls emit life force energy (photons) that can activate light in the body, enhancing and expanding our consciousness, allowing for personal awakening at the DNA level.

Various healing instruments are incorporated to provide you with a soothing, relaxing experience charged with therapeutic sounds that will leave you with a lasting impression.

After your session,  enjoy a cup of tea to ground and integrate. You are welcome to take a stroll around the lake, before and/or after your session

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior; once we begin, I will not be available to receive additional guests .

DIET REQUEST Please fast for 1 hour before the ceremony and avoid a heavy meal for 4 hours before.On the day, please avoid alcohol to respect the energetic container we will be co-creating as a group.

OPTIONAL Please bring anything you need to feel comfortable. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and anything else you need for comfort if you prefer it.
