Before maps, before telescopes, people navigated by the stars overhead — and told stories about what they saw. Joshua Tree's dark skies still hold that same invitation.
 

Each season turns up something different: the Milky Way arcing overhead, a planet you didn't expect, a meteor if you're lucky. We start by getting oriented to what's above you — the shapes, the history, the myths attached to them.

Then you settle in under that same sky for a sound bath, so everything you just learned has a chance to sink in rather than just be information.

What to Expect

Sound moves differently out here, with nothing but open desert and stars to hold it. Guests often describe the feeling as weightless — somewhere between the ground and the sky. I bring everything needed to make the desert comfortable for a couple of hours under the stars, so all you have to do is lie back and let it happen.
