This is a deeply restorative Reiki-infused sound healing experience brought directly to you.
 

We begin with guided breath meditation, allowing the body to soften and the mind to unwind.  There is a natural settling that happens here — breath deepens, the nervous system begins to regulate, and the body becomes receptive.
 

My sound bath offerings are Reiki-infused, meaning I combine energy healing with vibrational sound work. As you  relax, I channel Reiki to help clear and balance your energy field while placing Himalayan bowls on and around the body so the vibrations move through the body and nervous system. The combination is deeply calming, grounding, and helps release tension while restoring energetic balance.​
