Healing by Willow – Booking Policy Please review these policies before booking your session. *Scheduling & Payment Sessions are by appointment only. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your time. *Cancellations & No-Shows Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. No-shows are responsible for the full agreed balance. *Alcohol & Mind-Altering Substances Sessions will not be conducted on clients under the influence of alcohol or mind-altering substances. The session will be treated as a same-day cancellation. *If I Need to Reschedule If I need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances and we're unable to reschedule, you will receive a full refund. *Mobile Sessions Please have the space cleared and ready before I arrive. Time spent preparing or rearranging the space affects the time available for your session. *Health & Well-Being These services are complementary wellness practices and are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. Please share any relevant health concerns before your session. If you are experiencing an acute medical, psychiatric, or emotional crisis, your session may need to be postponed until you have received appropriate care. *Distance Healing Experiences vary from person to person, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
