Healing by Willow – Distance Session Policy Thank you for choosing to book a distance session. To ensure the best experience for all, please review the following guidelines before confirming your appointment. Scheduling & Payment -All sessions are scheduled in Pacific Time (PT) - Please check the corresponding time for your time zone. -All sessions are by appointment only. Your session time is reserved especially for you. Full payment is required at the time of booking. -Cancellations & Rescheduling -Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. NO SHOWS -For sessions that include a scheduled a virtual meeting appointment: failure to attend without prior notice will be considered a no-show and the session fee will be forfeited. IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE -In the event that I need to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will work together to find a new appointment time. If a suitable time cannot be found, a full refund will be issued. TECHNOLOGY -For sessions that include a virtual meeting, please ensure you have a reliable internet connection and access to Google Meet. Technical difficulties on the client's side do not qualify as a no-show, and we will make reasonable efforts to reconnect or reschedule the conversation portion of the session. HEALTH & WELLBEING ** The services offered are complementary wellness practices and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. Please communicate any relevant health concerns before your session. For the safety and integrity of our work, I do not conduct sessions with anyone under the influence of alcohol, recreational, or mind-altering substances, or with individuals experiencing acute mental or emotional instability. DISTANCE HEALING -Distance healing sessions do not require physical presence. As with all forms of healing, results and experiences vary from person to person, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. By booking your session, you agree to these terms.
