Next, a 20-minute session of shamanic drumming will guide you on a journey to the Lower World, a sacred space where you can connect with your animal spirit guides. During this journey, you may encounter vivid landscapes, symbolic realms, or meaningful representations that hold personal insights and guidance for you. Afterward, you’ll have time to journal your experience and integrate its messages.
