When time is in short demand you can enjoy this One-on-One Private Experience of Shamanic Reiki and a mini sound bath. What you can expect during your session: * We begin with a Plática ( A Heart-to Heart conversation, a time to unburden your heart, connect, talk about goals, and what to expect during your session) * Guided Relaxation for a mind/body connection * Limpia - A shamanic cleansing ritual to purify the body, emotions, mind and soul from negative energies or thoughts and open space for your healing journey. * Reiki Energy Healing- To manipulate energy flow in the body to promote the body's own natural healing ability to work. * Sound Healing with the use of tuning forks and the ocean drum. * Integration.
