Retreat Includes:

• We will meet at a popular location and carpool to a boulder garden sanctuary where we will spend the day grounding with the healing energy of the desert. Snacks and water will be provided.

• Welcome Ceremony with smudging and aura clearing, Calling in the Directions to open sacred space and to celebrate you and this time in your life.

•  Introductions, agenda, setting our intentions.

• While at the sanctuary you'll step into a medicine wheel. The Medicine Wheel  marks the directions and the elements, it's a teaching guide. As you walk the wheel, learn about animal guides and their meaning in your life. There are many teachings hidden in the wheel, join us and learn a few.

• You will have the opportunity to admire an ancient Native American pictograph up close.

• Enter a cave where you will experience a Shamanic Journey  with traditional drumming and shamanic breath to help you align and meet your Spirit Animal.

• Enjoy a Native American dinner to honor the changing of the seasons into the Equinox
