​From the beginning of time, we have been drawn to touch.
 

When something hurts, our hands instinctively reach out to comfort ourselves. A mother holds her child. Animals lick their wounds. We rub a sore shoulder, place a hand over our heart, or “kiss it better.”

Through Reiki activation and healing touch, the work goes beyond simply soothing the physical body. Sometimes, the healing needs to go beneath the surface.

We Begin With a Plática

This is where we explore what is bringing you in, what you have been carrying, and what you would like support with.

​

During our plática, I am listening to what you tell me—and to what comes through as I listen.  Guidance may come through an image, a word, or by sensing what you are experiencing in your body.

​

Then, as you rest comfortably, I work intuitively with the body and its energy centers, following where the energy leads.

I use sound to help calibrate your aura, recalibrate your nervous system, and calm the mind.
