Your experience begins with guided breath meditation, giving the body and mind time to slow down.
From there, Reiki and sound are woven throughout the session using crystal and Himalayan bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments to help release tension, quiet the mind, and rebalance your energy, leaving you feeling more grounded, open, and restored.
Fully mobile — I bring everything to your home, vacation rental, or retreat space.
Larger groups receive additional time so the experience never feels rushed.
