This unique experience begins with a guided journey through the night sky. Together, we'll explore the stars, planets, and constellations above us,  while I share a blend of astronomy, mythology, and storytelling that brings the sky to life.

Then, fade into a deeply relaxing sound bath designed to help quiet the mind, calm the nervous system, and create space for reflection, presence, and rest.
