Healing by Willow – Booking Policy Thank you for choosing to book your healing experience. To ensure the best experience for all, please review the following guidelines before confirming your session: Scheduling & Payment *All sessions are by appointment only. Your session time is reserved especially for you. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment. *Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens — if you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. *NO SHOWS Your session time is reserved just for you. If you do not arrive and no notice is given, the full agreed balance for the scheduled session will be charged. *If I need to reschedule -due to weather, travel, or unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to move your session to the next available date that works for you. In the event your service can't be rescheduled a full refund will be issued. Mobile Sessions For sessions held at your location, please have the space prepared and ready upon arrival. I cannot move your furniture. *Health & Well-Being Healing sessions are complementary to, not a substitute for, professional medical or psychological care. Please communicate any health concerns or recent injuries before your session. ******** For the safety and integrity of our work, I do not conduct sessions with anyone under the influence of alcohol, recreational, or mind-altering substances, or with individuals experiencing acute mental or emotional instability.
