Healing by Willow – Booking Policy Thank you for choosing to book your session. To ensure the best experience for all, please review the following guidelines before confirming your appointment. Scheduling & Payment All sessions are by appointment only. Your session time is reserved especially for you. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. No-Shows Your session time is reserved especially for you. Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the full agreed balance for the session will be charged. If I Need to Reschedule In the unlikely event that I need to reschedule due to weather, travel, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, we will work together to find a new appointment time. If a suitable time cannot be found, a full refund will be issued. Mobile Sessions For sessions held at your location, please have the space prepared and ready upon arrival. I am unable to move furniture or rearrange your space. Health & Well-Being The services offered are complementary wellness practices and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. Please communicate any relevant health concerns, recent injuries, or special considerations before your session. For the safety and integrity of our work, I do not conduct sessions with anyone under the influence of alcohol, recreational, or mind-altering substances, or with individuals experiencing acute mental or emotional instability. Distance Healing Distance healing sessions do not require physical presence. As with all forms of healing, results and experiences vary from person to person, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. By booking your session, you agree to these terms.
