WELCOME:

We begin with a gentle walk through desert gardens, sun-warmed rock formations, and a vibrant peacock aviary. As the desert welcomes you, your body begins to soften, your spirit begins to stir, inviting your nervous system to unwind and your heart to open. You have arrived.

 

We then make our way to an ancient boulder cave—a natural acoustic chamber formed by time and mystery. Here, you’ll settle onto comfortable mats, held by the stillness of stone.

• Reiki Sound Bath  

A deeply calming experience where sound and energy healing come together. As you relax on comfortable mats, soothing frequencies ripple through your body and mind. Vibrations from crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other instruments move through the cave’s natural acoustics—infusing your energy field with Reiki and deep relaxation. Designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and restore energetic balance.

• Shamanic Journey to the Animal World

We’ll begin with breathwork to quiet the mind and open the body. Then, to the steady rhythm of the drum, you’ll journey into the animal realm where your power guides await with messages just for you. This is a powerful opportunity to receive insight, healing, and connection from the natural world. Bring a journal to capture what comes through—after your journey, you will have time to journal your experience and I’ll help you interpret the message of your power animal and how its wisdom supports your path.
