This is your personal invitation to slow down, soften, and receive.
Sound healing is a holistic practice that uses vibration to support your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. During this one-on-one personal session, I weave together Reiki energy and sound frequencies that gently move through the body—helping to release tension, calm the nervous system, and clear stagnant energy.
You’ll be surrounded by the healing tones of crystal bowls, Tibetan and Himalayan instruments, and other somatic instruments—all intuitively chosen to support your unique needs.
Held in the peaceful energy of the desert, this experience invites you to come home to yourself—restored, rebalanced, and renewed.
Integration + Reflection
After your session, we’ll take a few moments to gently return, let the experience settle into your body, and give space for any questions or reflections. I’ll also share any intuitive insights that may have come through during your healing.
Whether you come seeking rest, release, or reconnection, I’ll hold the space for you to receive exactly what your body and spirit need most.
