This 2-hour session is a deeply restorative experience that weaves together Shamanic healing, Reiki energy work, and vibrational sound therapy to support healing on all levels—body, mind, and spirit.
 

We begin with a plática: a heart-centered conversation that opens the space with intention and presence. This gentle dialogue invites what is stirring within you—emotionally, energetically, or spiritually—so the session can unfold in a way that truly meets you.
 

Through a blend of reiki, intuitive energy healing and ancient shamanic techniques, we release energetic blockages, clear emotional residue, and awaken your body’s natural wisdom. You are held in a nurturing, judgment-free space, where sacred sound instruments and healing energy guide your system into deeper balance.


Sessions are fully clothed and non-invasive, with minimal touch.
 

We close with quiet time for integration—a moment to reflect, ground, and gently begin weaving your healing into your day.

WHAT IS REIKI HEALING?

WHAT IS REIKI? Reiki is a Japanese form of alternative medicine called Energy Healing in which the practitioner serves as a channel of universal life energy for the individual with whom they’re working -to clear chakras/unblock chakras/promote flow of energy/healing. Reiki means "universal life energy."  It is thought that reiki releases energy that flows and allows the body's own natural healing ability to work. Reiki focuses on seven main energy centers, called chakras, in your body. The energy should flow freely through your chakras in order for you to be spiritually, physically, and mentally healthy. Practitioners believe that if energy paths are blocked, you may feel ill or weak or have pain.

WHAT IS ENERGY HEALING?

Energy healing is a form of medicine with ancient roots; its primary function is to change the frequency of the body’s energetic fields, channels, and centers to improve and enhance healing.

According to the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH), the government's lead agency for research on non-conventional medicine, energy medicine (or biofield therapies) is the act of channeling and manipulating the energy that courses through your body in order to heal it. This can reportedly be done with hands-on practices, such as acupuncture and Reiki, as well as sensory-based experiences, like the use of crystals, sound baths, and aromatherapy.

Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or emotional trauma; in time, these energy blocks can manifest in various forms of illness and ailments. 

Energy Therapy can promote harmony and balance, help you sleep better and stimulate your body’s immune system.




The Emotion Code is an energy healing technique that helps us to identify and literally release trapped emotions - which are harmful emotional energies from negative past events. Trapped emotions can cause depression, anxiety, they can block people from love and happiness and make them feel disconnected from others. Because trapped emotions are made of energy, just like the rest of the body, they exert an influence on the physical tissues, and can cause acute pain and even cancer. Releasing trapped emotions makes conditions right for the body to heal- so physical and emotional difficulties often disappear or become much more manageable.
Generally speaking, releasing Trapped Emotions is a four-step muscle testing process that’s designed to prepare yourself and/or the Emotion Code Practitioner, to determine if an emotion is trapped, determine which emotion it is, and then release the identified emotion

Sound healing is a growing field of alternative medicine that has been around for thousands of years. Music has been used throughout history to create positive effects on our mood and as a form of therapy to heal the body, mind, and spirit.

Various healing instruments are incorporated with your session to provide you with a soothing, relaxing experience charged with therapeutic sounds that will leave you with a lasting impression. 
 
Much like meditation, sound therapy brings you waves of peace and relaxation that can activate light in the body, enhancing and expanding our consciousness, allowing for personal awakening at the DNA level. According to science, sound can be explained in two ways: physically and psychologically. The physics of sound discusses the pressure changes that occur when an item vibrates, which are subsequently sensed by the physiology of the outer and middle ear. The psychology of sound refers to how our brain interprets each sound, which not only provides information about our surroundings but also triggers emotions and sentiments. This component is known as psychoacoustics, and as this discipline continues to grow, new developments in the aural wellness space are emerging. (Sonos, 2021)
