Our session begins with a platica to open up and discus your "healing request" with the compassionate spirits and follow with a round of guided shamanic breath. During 20 minutes of shamanic drumming you will travel to the Lower World to connect with your animal spirit guides. During your journey you may explore different landscapes, realms, or symbolic representations that hold personal meaning. After your journey, you will be given time to journal your experience and integrate, share your experience and then I will assist you interpret it.
