This immersive seven-hour gathering marks the beginning of a transformative journey through the year, aligned with the rhythms of nature. Rooted in the teachings of the Medicine Wheel and embracing the vibrant energy of the East, we honor the renewal of spring and the wisdom it offers.

As we step into movement, we walk in the footsteps of our ancestors, learning from the land and all she shares with us. The Medicine Wheel reminds us that we are not separate from nature—we are part of its great unfolding story. The East calls us to awaken, to listen, and to embrace the lessons carried on the breeze: the guidance of the eagle, the whispers of the trees, and the responsibilities we hold to Mother Earth.

We will enter a boulder cave, and with the eagle as our guide, we will journey to the Animal World through a Shamanic Journey—receiving messages from our Power Animal, the winds, the land, and the deep wisdom that has always been within us.

We will plant seeds—both in the soil and in our hearts—intentions that will take root and grow with the seasons. We will gather in community, sharing reflections, laughter, and stories over a traditional Indigenous meal, honoring the nourishment of the Earth and the sacred act of coming together.
