"For a first-time experience with a Reiki session, I was unsure on what to expect. When first walking into Willow's home, she was welcoming and made me feel comfortable upon my arrival. She wasted no time, starting off with an intro of what to expect. She did a brief walk through all the techniques she would use so were no surprises or awkwardness. During the session, I experienced emotions never felt before. In the past, I have had other types of mindfulness sessions; this was so different and felt such relaxation-not only physically but emotionally and mentally.
