This is a private 90 min Sound Bath Meditation infused with Reiki energy healing to help bring balance in your mind, body and spirit. You'll be immersed in somatic sound vibrations that will bring you into a deeper state of relaxation. The combination of Reiki and Sound is a powerful method used to attune your mind, body and spirit to higher frequencies and open up your energy channels (chakras and meridians) to flow freely by removing blockages.
