What you can expect during your session: * We begin with a brief Plática ( A time to connect, talk about goals, and what to expect during the session) * Guided Relaxation for a mind/body connection * Limpia - A cleansing ritual to purify the body, emotions, mind and soul from negative energies or thoughts  * Reiki Energy Healing * Sound Healing on and around the body with the use of: Tuning forks to correct imbalances, help project positive vibes and attract positive vibrations. Feel the powerful energy of the ocean drum, the melodic soothing sounds of Koshi chimes, stimulate mental energy and heighten self-awareness with the crystal pyramid, and feel the healing vibrations of Tibetan bowls. * Integration. This is a time after our session to talk about our experience, answer your questions and allow you time to integrate your healing experience. ​ ***If the medicine calls, you may choose to add a Hapé ceremony allowing you to delve deeper into the realm of personal healing.
