This session is designed to help you clear emotional baggage and restore your energetic flow. We open space with a plática, a heart-centered conversation that opens the space with intention and presence. We begin with The Emotion Code, a gentle technique that uses muscle testing and magnetic energy to uncover and release trapped emotions from the body’s energy field. Emotional imprints—often formed during times of stress, heartbreak, or trauma—can linger in the body, influencing how we feel, think, and even how we heal. To support integration after this emotional release, you’ll receive an energy healing, tuning session using reiki/therapeutic tuning forks. This calming follow-up helps regulate the nervous system, soothe the body, and rebalance your energy field—gently guiding you back into a grounded, coherent state. This two-part journey offers both release and renewal, making space for clarity, ease, and realignment.
