Cancellation Policy
No Refunds & Cancellations- All bookings are non-refundable. Due to the intimate nature and limited availability of this offering, cancellations cannot be accommodated. Weather & Rescheduling - If weather conditions (wind, heat, rain) make the experience unsafe, we reserve the right to reschedule, offer a comparable location nearby or issue a full refund. We’ll keep you informed with plenty of notice. SAFETY FIRST -Guests must be 18+ to attend - Sound baths are not recommended for pregnant individuals. -Each guest must be comfortable in or around water. Lounge chairs are also available for non-floating participation. -Please disclose any health conditions in advance and participate at your own pace. -Substance-Free Space- To ensure a safe and respectful environment, no alcohol or drugs are permitted before or during the session. Any unsafe or disruptive behavior will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
